The training scenarios utilize Talespin’s CoPilot platform to enable leaders to practice key communication skills like active listening, understanding and empathizing with employees, de-escalation, succinct communication, and self-awareness. The training series tasks users with applying these leadership skills to common scenarios that may arise from a global health crisis’ effect on the morale, wellbeing, and finances of organizations around the world.

Course and Learning Module Details
The ‘Leading Through Uncertainty’ series consists of 5 learning modules designed to take fundamental interpersonal skills and task leaders with applying them to situations brought on by a novel health crisis.

Each module in the series occurs in the same fictional universe, a company that has been stricken by a massive disruption and must face a variety of challenges to management, workforce, and the personal lives of its employees. The modules consist of a series of lessons focused on specific skills, and a subsequent scenario that challenges the learner to apply them during a VR simulation.
